Terms of Service
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of S-Core Compliance (the "Service"), operated by S-Core Analytics Inc. ("S-Core"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service provides compliance readiness tooling: continuous configuration monitoring of systems you connect, policy document generation, attestation tracking, and reporting. The Service supports SOC 2 readiness today; additional frameworks are labeled as they become available.
3. Not legal or audit advice
The Service does not provide legal advice, audit opinions, or certifications. Generated policy documents are templates that must be reviewed with qualified counsel before adoption. Readiness scores are informational estimates based on the checks the Service can actually run, and do not guarantee the outcome of any audit.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
- Only connect systems you are authorized to monitor. Access tokens you supply must be scoped to read-only access wherever possible.
- Do not use the Service to store data you are not permitted to process.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Trials convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancelling stops future charges; your data remains readable so you can export it.
6. Intellectual property
S-Core owns the Service. You own your workspace data and generated documents. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service on your behalf.
7. Availability and support
The Service is provided on commercially reasonable efforts. Scheduled monitors run on a best-effort cadence. Support: hello@s-coreanalytics.com.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, S-CORE'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. S-CORE IS NOT LIABLE FOR AUDIT OUTCOMES, REGULATORY FINDINGS, OR INDIRECT DAMAGES.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk, with notice where practicable.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules.
